EPO Terrazzo Thin Set flooring is a decorative flooring system combining solid epoxy resin with coloured Synthetic Glass, Marble, Granite or other approved aggregates in a trawled mortar system. Complicated designs are drawn using divider strips made of Brass, Glass, Aluminium, Stainless steel, coloured plastic or water jet cut pattern. This flooring is then ground and polished to reveal the natural beauty of the aggregates surrounded by the high glossy or mat finished epoxy background.

Casting Procedure

Epo Terrazzo is a cast-on site process in which complicated designs are drawn using divider strips. Once the divider strips are fixed firmly to the substrate the mould and substrate are primed. Resin mortar system is then mixed in the ratio and colour as selected to achieve the required texture and colour. Epo Terrazzo gives a wide range of colour and texture possibilities so as to from the required appearance. Once the cast area is cured for 24 hours the surface is ground to display the natural look of Terrazzo and sealer is applied to give a long lasting life and finish.

Final finish is in two different forms: Matt or Glossy.
